The Freedom Option offers genuine organizational security and great flexibility, which is particularly appreciated when weather conditions or scheduling constraints may change.

✅ What the Freedom Option includes

  • Full refund of the flight price in case of weather-related cancellation

  • Cancellation or modification without charge, depending on the size of the group:

    • Groups of 1 to 8 people: up to 72 hours before the flight

    • Groups of more than 8 people: up to 30 days before the flight

  • Please note: The Freedom Option does not apply during peak periods peak travel AND particularly during major holidays and long weekends: Easter (April 5 & 6), Labor Day (May 1), Victory Day 1945 (May 8), Ascension Day (May 14–17), Pentecost (May 24 & 25), around the French National Day (July 14), and the Assumption (August 15), as well as certain long weekends and peak travel periods.
